Warranty period
We supply high-quality products that are prepared with love and passion. All our cheeses are immediately freshly sealed after cutting and we offer a 60-day fresh guarantee on sealed packaging. Before shipping we make sure the products are properly sealed.
Step-by-step warranty plan
To be eligible for the warranty, you must complete the following steps:
- Report to our customer service that a product is not satisfactory.
- Discuss the problem.
- Our employee will indicate which next step or solution is offered
- The conversation will be confirmed by e-mail and you can return the product if necessary.
