Warranty period

We deliver high quality products that are prepared and prepared with a lot of love & passion. All our cheeses fresh from the knife are immediately freshly sealed. Which means we give a 60-day fresh guarantee on sealed packaging. We always check before shipment whether the products are actually properly sealed. If the product is not the quality that is legally established.

Warranty and defects step-by-step plan

To be eligible for the guarantee scheme you must go through the following steps:

  1. Report to our customer service that a product is not satisfactory.
  2. Discuss the problem together.
  3. Our employee indicates which next step is required for a solution.
  4. Is confirmed by e-mail and you can optionally return the product.
